Remember that poster which got the AUES in trouble? Well, the Adelaide Business Students Society (ABSS) have released a poster advertising their latest pubcrawl. Which plays on exactly the same gag, only, I hope, with a bit more irony.
I don't think the ABSS have pissed off anywhere near enough people to get in trouble for this. Still, the precedent has been set.

Surely people concerned about this should at least boycott such pub crawls? Although, I'm not sure the concerned proportion within AUES or ABSS would be enough to have an impact.
yea, i dont think so either. it's just depressing, you'd think that people on a university campus would have a little bit of sensitivity. i don't expect empathy, just the ability to logically think these things through
The precedent may have been set but as you are quite rightly pointing out, this poster is not a by-product of an ingrained sexist culture within a club. While the AUES poster implied that this culture would be promoted through their pub crawl, I don't think you can make the same claim for the ABSS.
Yes this poster is racy however it has a level of wittiness and cheekiness that the AUES lacks - sexy but fun as opposed to needlessly grotesque.
If you want to apply this precedent across the board, then why not turn our attentions to the levels of smut published within On Dit as well? I think you'll find they are serial offenders far more than the ABSS is too!
Ultimately I think you have to view the publication in context otherwise this situation will get out of hand.
